How do you save an image from an email on yahoo?

Save & find copy of PRIVATE email sent within Yahoo Groups?

• Within Yahoo Groups, when sending a private email to another member, I wish to automatically save and later find a copy of my sent private emails. Sending a private email to a member is a feature of Groups -- the recipient's true email address is not known to the sender. This is neither an original posting, nor a reply for group posting, nor a regular email sent from Outlook or whatever -- in which cases a copy would automatically be saved and available for later retrieval. Does this option exist within Groups? If not, Yahoo should add it.
