How do I close one of my Yahoo groups?

I would like to join some Yahoo!Groups. Is it possible to join multiple groups at one time?

  • I am interested in joining a subcatergory of Yahoo! Groups. Can I join all the groups in the catergory at one time or do I have to join each group individually?

    You can send a single email addressed to each of the groups, as follows: [email protected] (XXX=exact group name) You would become an email member, not able to use the web features of the groups until you associate your membership address with your Yahoo ID. Hope that helps!

No, you cannot join multiple groups at one time. You have to join each group individually.

You can belong to MANY Groups. Go to groups and use the search slot. The groups you are interested in will probably not come up. Join a few groups similar to your interests. Visit the group page and click on links. The links will probably ultimately lead you to your interests. As you expand toward your interests you can delete unproductive groups by opening the group page and clicking edit membership. Click leave group.
