How many people can be added to a yahoo group?

  • I'm setting up a Yahoo group but notice it says I can only email 50 addresses at a time, is this the number of members allowed? Can you also tell me of any other problems you've experienced with yahoo groups. thanks!

I don't think there is a maximum to the amount of members. Some groups have thousands. you can send 50 (worthless) invites per day. I recommend you send ordinary emails from your normal emailaccount, so you can tell people what your group is about, what the rules are, and how they can subscribe - over e-mail as well as over the web
