What do the Yahoo administrators actually do?

Group administrators: are you disgusted by the lack of support from Yahoo?

• If you have a technical question about the way your group is operating, where do you go? Yahoo is utterly unsupportive. Don't we administrators, who after all provide the content that makes them money, deserve an effective and efficient help resource?

  You get what you pay for They provide you with the forum, the media outlet which you use to communicate. You draw people to their site to expose them to advertising (which is where they get their money). You get the media outlet, they get the attention. I don't think that you can expect much else
