Is there any way to link google and yahoo group mailing lists?

There is a way to have google groups posts forwarded to yahoo, but it does not work in the reverse. Is Grouply a possible answer? Vbulletin is possibly more susceptible to spamming?

grouply will not probably allow this and if you do so, it for sure is a violation of Yahoo TOS and probably of Google as well
