I have 150 members in the group and i wanna send a mail to all of them so i wanna know what is the maximum number of recipients i can send mail on yahoo in yahoo groups.

You can post a message in the group which will reach all members irrespective of the numbers and your message will reach all. With members who have chosen not to receive mails, or only receive daily digests, this will not work and you may have to send separate mails to them.
