How do i unsubscribe to a yahoo group?

How do I unsubscribe from a group I am recieving emails from (that is not listed as one of my groups on yahoo?

  • I subscribed to the group a few months ago but I don't want the emails anymore. On yahoo, the group is not listed as a group that I am a part of but I am recieving emails.

  • Answer:

    Usually, at the bottom of group e-mails there is an unsubscribe link that you click. You will then get an e-mail confirming you have been removed from mailing list.

Look carefully at the e-mails. It's quite likely a group which is not Yahoo. There are thousands of non-Yahoo groups. There is probably a related web page somewhere which has details of how to unsubscribe
