How do I delete the actual Yahoo group as moderator?

Moderator wants to delete ALL message in Yahoo! Group - How?!?

  • We are re-using an existing Yahoo! Group (at school) for a new class. I was made moderator and asked to remove all members & messages from the group. I can only delete 20 messages at a time. Is there a way to delete ALL messages in the Yahoo! Group at once?

  • Answer:

    wouldn't it just be easier to create a new group for a fresh start? you can delete the old group but use the name, description, links, files with something great called copy and paste. copy them to a word program. then delete the group. paste them to the new group.
