Where is Fayetteville FTBragg Freecycle?

Anyone with experience with Freecycle.org? How do I filter their mail?

  • I have a yahoo mail box and put a filter on for all the freecycle stuff I get everyday. The problem is that the sender of the email is always different. I have tried putting freecycle in every field but it still gets put into my regular inbox? Help, how can I get it to go into my freecycle folder?

    You can create a separate email account on Yahoo or Hotmail to receive the freescyle mail and change the destination online through your Yahoo ID signon, or you could choose to just read the messages online as an option under your Yahoo Groups account.

You'll have to go to the group and change your membership to digest, that's 25 in 1, and it will come from yahoo then :)

When you set up the filter you have to put the address for your Freecycle group in the To field, since all group messages are actually addressed to the group and then sent to you. I have my filter set up and it works perfectly. Just use the email address for your group, if the name of your group is USAFreecycle then use the email address [email protected] , and make sure that is the to address.
