How do I delete a verified email address from a Yahoo! group I'm a member of?
-
I have multiple addresses associated with a group and several are bouncing (since I've closed those accounts). How the heck do I delete them? I go to "add/remove" email preference in Groups, but all I can do is edit the address -- there doesn't appear to be any way to delete the address. Sheesh!

Answer:
If the addresses are their own separate Yahoo accounts, only the owner or moderator can delete their memberships from the group. If they are addresses added to one Yahoo account (many have multiple e-mail addresses added) here's how to delete those http://groups.yahoo.com/member/preferences/communication/view click add/remove e-mail address- prompts for password- next page delete old e-mail addys on your main Yahoo account.
