How to cancel membership from Hosting24.com?

DO NOT USE HOSTING24.COM They have the worst worst worst worst customer service. I sent them a message about dedicated IP and they send me a reply 3 days later telling me they sent a ticket to the technical support, then 3 weeks later I had to send them a update yes 4 weeks no reply, and it took them another week to give me dedicated server which by then I have literally 4 days left starting to day to cancel it. I went to the account setting and couldnt find the cancel membership anywhere, talk to the LIVE CHAT which is a BOT, when I asked "Hi can i cancel my membership" got no repluy fro 15 mins opened a 2nd one did the same 3rd one did the same 4th one I renamed the guy chris and got the person to say hi back, then when i asked "i want to cancel my membership" done no more replys. Any idea how i can cancel it via something else?
