How can I contact an actual human at Yahoo? I have been locked out of the Yahoo group I moderate.?

  • How can I contact an actual human at Yahoo? I have been locked out of my Yahoo group. I get a message saying I have an autoresponder set up. This is not the case. This has happened to me before, when I was trying to catch up on announcement postings to my group. Apparently anytime a large number of announcements are posted, the Yahoo system decides that they are spam, and cuts off the moderator access to the group. When this occured before, I was unable to use the group for over a month. Needless to say, this is not very satisfactory. I need a way to contact an actual human at Yahoo to correct this problem.     Yahoo Answers is not staffed by Yahoo personnel. It is just a bunch of users who ask question and supplies answers based on some experience. But I know that since Yahoo has millions of subscribers due to their free services, it would be impossible to man telephones. -MM

I don't think they want you to contact them directly. That means they have to pay someone to sit at a desk and listen to you. Let me know if you find a way, I've tried before...........

I never heard of this and I'm a groups owner plus on the yahoo group moderators group. Exactly what are you doing when you are posting announcements? I know if you put more than 75 email addresses in the TO from that's your limit for the day for emails, is that happening to you? I"m not sure what you mean. If you give me more details, maybe I can help you. PS yahoo doesn't really answer alot of questions very well, you have to be a paid customer like have a paid website or email to get personal help.
