The health facilities being over crowded. Also in a the health department there is numerous professions that work along side of each other. Its like a spoke wheel each spoke being a different caregiver cleaner nurse secretary dietary aid doctor with all them in place the wheel will roll smoothly without one of them its not rolling at all. Every persons job is as important as the other.
