Why does it take so long to get connected to Yahoo?

What would it take to get yahoo to add a wiki program to its groups package? A phpBB premod?

Yahoo groups is a nice idea, but the features have become archaic. What would it take for Yahoo to add Features such as the Wiki program, or, The Php Bulletin Board Program? How could we contact Yahoo about this? Has anybody ever managed to talk to somebody real in any effort to contact Yahoo? How would you go about doing that?
Answer:

not only are the features archaic....90% of the groups are not even mantained. On the main Yahoo page there are listing of how to contact Yahoo technicial support. From experience of a friend, I do know that Yahoo is responsive to customer's needs and feedback.
