How can I hide my profile on yahoo?

How can I hide my profile information from Yahoo! Groups?

• When I check the 'Members' page, my first & fast name appears and my location appears under my user name. How can I take all of my information off of that? I already went to my account info and changed everything, my first name, my last name, my location, everything! But then when I go back to that group, all of my private information is still there. Right now, I'm not in any groups until I can hide my information from the public. Is there a way I can change my information in Yahoo! Groups? Thanks for the help!

  When you join a group, there should be an area that asks if you want your private info (birth name, etc.) displayed and you can say "No", then only your Yahoo ID name will be displayed. I believe in some groups it asks if you want your e-mail addy hid, in which case you can hide that too. But some won't allow it to be hidden as a condition to join the group.
