How to i unsubscribe to a group?

I want to unsubscribe some group which i have joined. How i can unsubscribe the group?

    Yahoo! Help helps you on this issue: How do I leave a group or unsubscribe? On the Web: Sign in to Yahoo! Groups and go to your group on the web. From any page on the group, click the Edit Membership link at the top of the page. Click the Leave Group link at the bottom right of the page. Confirm on the next page. The group will no longer be listed on the My Groups page, and you’ll no longer receive messages. To leave/unsubscribe via email: From your email program, send a blank message to: [email protected] Make sure to replace "groupname" with the actual name of the group (e.g., [email protected] ). Alternatively, you may wish to remain a member but reduce or eliminate group email by changing your message delivery option to No Mail/Web only, Daily Digest, or Special Announcement. From the "Edit Membership" Page, you can also change your email frequency settings to one of these options. Note: If you own a group, you must first give up your ownership in the Members section of your group before you can leave on the My Groups page.

This is the most effective way to leave groups: Sign in to any group of which you are a member. In the upper right hand corner, click on "My Groups". Click Edit My Groups. This will pull up a list of all Yahoo groups of which you are a member. On right side of page you will see a "Leave Group" column. In that column, put a check mark in the blank squares of each group you want to unsubscribe from. Click on "Save Changes". You will be quickly unsubscribed from them. You might receive a few more emails from those groups if any messages still happen to be stored in the mail server queue. After those are received by you, no more will be sent to you.

simply either press unsubscribe button or shoot an email to unsubscribe email id for the particular group

Dear friend Moikittykitty has given a detailed answer ,helpful to me too. Another way I think is to give an email to Administrator of the Group who created it ,requesting to delete your ID from the Group.The administrator can do it.Try this also.. Good luck.

somewhere on the emails u recieve from them there will be an insuscribe button...most likely at the bottom...click on that and follow the instructions its pretty simple!
