In Yahoo Group, how can one join a group using email address other than yahoo's? Thanks?

  if your group is not closed memebrship/ invite only, send that person the direct link to your group in your own e-mail to them. hotmail users can join, it's just that hotmail and other providers see invites as spam. if you have a closed -invite only group, anytime you send to hotmail users, tey block it as well as others will too and there's not much you can do about it. those users need to complain to hotmail.
