How do I unsubscribe from Yahoo! Music Unlimited?

Unsubscribe from yahoo group?

  • i had joined a yahoo group.now i am willing to unsubscribe from it.so,i opened the mail received by me from the group & clicked unsubscribe.i mailed them stating the subject unsubscribe.i received a mail from the group with the subject"please reply to confirm to unsubscribe from the group".i opened the mail & clicked on the reply button and again mailed them by confirming to leave the group.but still i am receiving mails from the group.what should i do in order to leave the group.

    There's at least three ways to unsubscribe from a list: 1. On the group's home page, look for the "edit membership" link, then on the next page, scroll down to the bottom RIGHT side of the page, there's a Leave Group link there. Your browser window may not be wide enough and you may have to scroll horizontally to the right to see the button (Yahoo forces their pages to be too wide for browser windows that are less than 1024 in width). 2. On your My Groups page, click the Edit My Groups link. On the next page, the far right column is "Leave Group". Check the box for the list you want to get rid of and then scroll down the Save Changes button on right side (again, you may have to scroll horizontally to the right to see the Leave Group column and the Save Changes button). 3. Send an email from your subscribed email address to: (groupname)-unsubscribe [at] yahoogroups.com then look for the confirmation email from Yahoogroups and follow the instructions there to complete the unsubscribe request.

unsubing via mail takes time, you're always better off going to the group site, clicking 'edit membership' at the top near the group description, at the very bottom of that page, far right it says Leave Group.

The messages that were in the mail queue to be sent will still get to you prior to your unsubscribe. Hopefully you won't continue to receive very many more messages. To insure you're no longer in the group: - go to http://groups.yahoo.com/ - at the bottom of you list, click on the "View All" link - the "View Groups" tab will come up If you are still in the group, go to the "Edit My Groups" tab. From there you can: - change your Email Address (if you have multiple emails listed under your profile) - change your Message Delivery option - and "Leave Group" by clicking on the box Don't forget to hit blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom. Click the Leave Group link at the bottom right of the page. Confirm on the next page. The group will no longer be listed on the My Groups page, and you’ll no longer receive messages. To leave/unsubscribe via email: From your email program, send a blank message to: [email protected] Make sure to replace "groupname" with the actual name of the group (e.g., [email protected]… Alternatively, you may wish to remain a member but reduce or eliminate group email by changing your message delivery option to No Mail/Web only, Daily Digest, or Special Announcement. From the "Edit Membership" Page, you can also change your email frequency settings to one of these options. Note: If you own a group, you must first give up your ownership in the Members section of your group before you can leave on the My Groups page.
