How to upload a photo to yahoo groups?

Why suddenly can't I upload a new photo to the group home page? Get [spcommon.c: 1351] GPH error = 7. HELP!!

This feature on Yahoo groups has been working until today. Now It won't let me upload a new photo to the homepage. I keep getting [spcommon.c: 1351] GPH error = 7. Anyone know why?
