Why are there so many problem's with groups now?

Problems changing the category of my Yahoo Groups webpage?

• I've been having problems trying to change the category of my Yahoo Groups webpage from 'Adult' to 'Cosplay' once again as it's causing inconvenience for members that are below 18 years old, and I couldn't change the category of my Yahoo Groups webpage under the 'Management' part so I don't want to have to take the trouble in starting another Group (especially when my Yahoo Groups webpage does not contain any adult content). I have also contacted Yahoo Groups customer care services but they have not replied so far so I'm not sure if my form got through to them or not.

  Just keep resubmitting the fast help form for moderators until you get someone's attention. http://help.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/groups/cgi_moderators Be consistent when making your plea, keeping it simple and straight to the point with facts on why it should not be categorized as adult. State exactly what your content is. Don't talk about inconvenience to those under 18 or not wanting to start new group. Do not say you have already tried to contact them and that no one answered you back. Those kind of remarks will get you nowhere fast. Good luck!
