Where is Fayetteville FTBragg Freecycle?

Is Freecycle allowed to harvest personal details from it's yahoo groups to it's new site without permission?

Currently all Yahoo freecycle groups are required to have a miner address in their groups members if they wish to remain a recognised group on the new Freecycle independent website using Google ad's. My question is as this finder addy is effectively harvesting personal details as well as reproducing the group posts from Yahoo groups is it against Yahoo's TOS. This action is taking place right now in over 4000 groups. Should members be put in this position and who would be to blame? Freecycle, Yahoo or the group owner if the proverbial crap hit the fan?
