Woolworths/Safeway supermarkets group assessment?

• I'm going for a group assessment (non-personal, first round interview) at Woolworths/Safeway. Here's the breakdown of how it will go. They sent me this in an email: --- As part of the group assessment process, we also have observers. Their role is to watch and record behaviors of 4-5 candidates each, to ensure that everyone is observed fairly. In addition, candidates can be observed by more than one person during the assessment, which makes the process more objective and eliminated value judgements. The entire process will take approximately 1 hour. During this time, you will cover Company Overview Two activities - one of which you will be working in pairs, the other you will be working in small groups. The final part of the process is a numeracy/literacy test which is completed individually. --- What are some examples of the things they will expect me to do? The maths and literacy test will go fine, but I absolutely suck at communicating with other people (but don't tell me I shouldn't be trying to work in retail in the first place, lol). Help?
