How can I get a job at Universal in a show?

Can anybody give me or tell me where to get a job at this year's Perth Royal Show?

I am 15 years old, am very enthusiastic, I take initiative and I have experience working customer service and a cash register from working at KFC for 4 months.   I'm working on gates this year. However as you are only 15 the showbags company's would have already organised staff so yeah your too late.
