Is working a warehouse job hard?

How do i get job working nightfill at a factory or warehouse?

  • I've previously worked in admin/reception but I'm looking for a change. I prefer nightfill cos I'm practically nocturnal and it's better pay. However, I can't find any factory/warehouse nightfill jobs advertised on the net. I can't apply if I can't find the job in the first place. Some of my friends have warehouse jobs that centrelink got them but I'm not on centrelink so I can't do it that way. Also, I've heard that warehouse/factories have a REALLY high turnover of staff. If this is the case shouldn't these places be desperate for new workers and be happy to give me a job (even though I'm a girl)??? Why aren't they advertising for new workers? Does anyone know of any australian job agenices/job websites that specialise in finding people basic warehouse/factory jobs? Any help would be REALLY apreciated. I desperately need a job and couldn't care less if it's just manual labour/boring warehouse duties. I just want to work!
