Who is the best limo hire company in the north east?

Hi, it is my brothers stag do soon and im looking to hire a limo for a night out somewhere in the north east, possibly Newcastle. I have heard a load of stories about different companies across the north east double booking and failing to make the return pick up. I am wondering if anyone has used any companies and can explain what their experience was like. Has anyone ever used http://www.elitelimohire.co.uk ? They have a new chrysler and a hummer limo.
