UK residents: which big supermarket do you prefer and why? Can you tell me why you go to that supermarket? Can you give me an example of good customer service you received and an example of bad customer service you received from one of the big supermarkets in the UK? Thank you. Vivien

Answer:
Sainsburys because I've always shopped there since I was younger. I suppose it's because it's reliable rather than having low prices. The worst supermarket is Sommerfield!!! There's one near my former secondary school and there prices are ridiculous and my mum has bought 2 out of date pieces of chicken and they charge extra if a drink is refrigerated (-_- )

Lidl, it is the best and cheapest, all the others are a rip off, they waste money on advertising making their prices higher, using "sales" tactics to sell overpriced crap... and I don't care about customer service, i am just there to get my food, so I don't care if the assistant is rude to me, it is more important to get good cheap food
