Fax machines for public use?

• I stay in north wales. I would like to know is there any fax machines available for public use in any of the post office or library or in high streets. Or is it everyone has their own fax machines at home?how do ppl normally do fax in uk?

  a lot of places send faxes for a charge, usually small post offices, grocery stores etc. most people dont use fax except for business purposes in the uk
