What is something like ebay that will ship worldwide and not need PayPal?

I want to buy something from Ebay from this guy in the UK (ebay.co.uk) but i live in the philippines?

this is my first time to even think of buying something from ebay. im planning on buying these lesson CD's from someone who lives in UK. if i do buy it, how will i get it? does ebay ship items very far? do i need to pay an extra shipping fee? ps: i couldnt think of a good category for this question
Answer:

EBay doesn't ship anything. They just run the site that controls your transaction with the seller. You will need to email the seller to find out if they will sell to someone in the Phillipines, and if so what their shipping charge would be.
