  That is a SCAM for so many reasons 1 - the Sheffield address is only used for people whose HSMP visas were issued before 2008. 2 - any number starting with +44702 is the sign of a Nigerian scam - these are NEVER used by legitimate UK businesses. They are international redirect numbers - you think you are calling the UK but are paying premium rate for your call to be transferred overseas with NO way to find out to which country or which number your call has been transferred. These are only used by people who want to hide their actual location 3 - there is no form called COE-UKIMG2010 4 - ukhome-office.org IS NOT an official address. All Home Office emails end in @ukba.gsi.gov.uk -- NOTHING ELSE. If it doesn't end in .gov.uk it is NOT from an official source 5 - there is NO such thing as a Certificate of Eligibility. There is only a Certificate of Sponsorship which the EMPLOYER must have before they can offer you a job.
