Admin apprenticeship interview questions?

What questions can I ask at a Apprenticeship interview?

  • I have a interview for an apprenticeship as a site agent, and only have a few questions to ask, wondering if anyone knows any more that could help me :)!

  • Answer:

Remember that an interview is an opportunity for you to learn more about the business as much as it is a chance for them to test you. Do some background checks on the business and ask some questions around how it works. For example, check to see how long the apprenticeship program is and then ask something about it. Like: "How many of your apprentices stay on in full time employment with you after the two year program has finished?" This is showing that you have researched your business and formulated a good question which will show that you are interested in staying with them in the long run. Remember, it is a much better investment for them to keep you on afterwards because you are already trained and relaxed within the team so ask a few questions about how add to your skill base. The there's the basic ones like what social activities do the team do together outside of work and whether you would be able to tag along or how much freedom do you have to be initiative at the workplace. Good luck :) Jack

I don't know much, but I am sure when you get an 'opening' during your interview, ask the questions you need answers to, just be natural and totally yourself, you sound sincere in all that you do. The very best of luck
