Best place to live in the UK?

Where would be the best place to get a job under age of 16(if you live in uk please answer)?

  • I would like a job and im under 16. Im not sure on what shop to go to so i need help. I know that im not going to get much money but i just need abit of extra cash. Can you help me by telling me which shop you think is best of me going to. UK residents please answer this as anyone else who doesnt live in UK might not know any shops. or give me ideas (: Thank you..

    I just answered a question like this - try a hotel, pub, cafe or restaurant. They often use waiting on staff from 13 or 14 years old. They'll pay minimum wage & you'll get tips too.

hairdressers usually employ teens to train them up, so you would be a junior and do things like wash hair, sweep and just make the teas and coffees, but get good training too, and if you like it you could stay on and work up towards becoming a stylist. also, if you did work experience with school, did they offer you a placement? x

it's not easy for adults to get a job rite now so its not going to be easy for you either the best thing for you is babysitiing, paper rounds or car washing at a car sales place i know they dont sound very intresting but its about all you mite get at the moment, you can also try little courner shops they mite want someone to stack shelves
