I want to sell fairly traded goods and Fragrances from my front garden. I would assume I need a street sellers licence and obviously Public Liability Insurance. I am a University Student studying to acheive two degrees so working from home would be ideal, not too mention low business overheads! What Laws in the UK would I need to be aware of?

Answer:
You need to look at the website for your local council as they can make bye laws regarding selling on the street, it should be set out for you on the website.
