What is a warehouse delivery driver?

Who do i complain too regarding a asda delivery driver?

  • Hi....Heres the Problem, On Friday of last week i was out walking my nephew in his pram and we were cutting through a local street to get home and i was just about to cross when a delivery driver in a asda van screeched around the corner and nearly took the front off the pram with him a pulled back in utter shock expecting the driver to stop...which he didn't. I was so upset and very angry but missed the van registration apart from the last 3 letters, so decided to just forget about it, until today..when i got home with the children from school they were playing out on the fronts of our house which is the only place they can play as i have very small garden, bearing in mind my street isn't a main road you only need to come down here if you live here or are calling on myself of my neighbours as there is no way out apart from the way you enter, all the children play in the street and everyone that lives here drives slowly and takes extra care as they know the children are around. Anyway here comes the driver again speeding down the road which is only about 30 meters long and nearly clips a parked car as well as scaring the life out of the children playing he must of been doing around 30mph which is completely wreck less and dangerous in such an area. I know its the same driver as i remembered him from last week and its the same number plate. I wish to make a complaint about this driver but i don't just want to be fobbed off i want it followed through and i want an update on whats be done about the matter, i have tried phoning asda customer services but they just kept putting through to different departments to which after 23 minutes i hung up the phone, does anyone know who i ring exactly and what i can do about the matter as i think its only going to be a matter of time before something bad happens and i don't want that on my conscience. Thanks a worried mum.

I would contact the police as a dangerous driver is their problem. You have to think that if it was a normal driver that was being that reckless then you would call the police. I would then ring my local store and ask to be put through the the manager as you have put a police complaint in and would like to let them know about what is happening. The shock that someone has sorted one of their drivers will probably get them to answer your call more quickly.

You don't ring the Asda line - they will just be their useless normal selves. you go to the LOCAL Asda and speak to the store manager - the driver is employed by them.

Your local police station is the best option. they will probably rope him in and give him a few stern words. make sure you give them the reg number if you can. .

Report it to the police then if customer services aren't helping.............

call there head office, report it to the police and go to the store manager to write a full complaint

you wont get anywhere with them. i,ve complained on countless occasions to them on various issues and they dont even reply to my emails. when you ring them they either dont understand or transfer you all over the place. they are the worst customer unfriendly shop i,ve ever met. why dont you write into your local paper, that should do it!
