Has anyone been to the Royal Haciendas?

Royal mail are a royal f*king FAIL! Can anyone help?

  • Im at the end of my tether!!! I have been waiting for a very very important parcel - my passport and drivers licence for about 2 months now. My sender sent it and i had no fricking clue it was at my office because sh*tting ROYAL FAIL did NOT leave a ''sorry you were out'' card.... (and i was in, lazy bastards) It apparently was sent back to sender, they havent got it, royal mail havent a clue where it is and im STILL waiting, i dont know what to do... i cant arrange redelivery or anything as according to their stupidly unhelpful website i need the card. Which I didnt receive. Oh and apparently according to the tracking number i have from my sender it was ''redelivered'' again without warning randomly 3 weeks later, and yet again, I didnt receive a card... You can see how angry i am >: ( im starting to think that this postman has actually nicked it, along with my expensive camera im also waiting about 3 weeks for..... Has anyone got any ideas on what i can do? Ive rang, emailed, all royal mails response is ''ah well its probably somewhere sent back to sender, or it will be in the BELFAST sorting office, where ill have to go through a shed load of claims forms to get it back!!! I need it in less than 3 weeks and counting, any helpful advice would soooo be appreciated right now. :)

So if you were in, why didn't you answer the door? I happen to have a postman as a neighbour - totally respectable conscientious middle aged gent. He gets an average of two or three totally false malicious complaints per month as do most postmen. I actually saw him one day - across the street - knocking at one door. Next day, the occupant of the house puts in a complaint saying he never knocked, but just delivered mail and walked away
