About uk vfs tracking system?

Royal Mail Parcel from UK to Singapore (Post Office Question)?

• I'm the buyer of some item from UK seller. The seller provided me the tracking number "RJ**********GB" with royal mail service. After I tracked with Royal mail System, this tracking number was not found. With my worrying, I tried very hard to track in another UK post office website. I found my item has been in Australia from parcel force website. The system from Parcelforce said " Your item, posted on 07/11/11 with reference RJ*********GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in AUSTRALIA." My question is how come the system says my order delivered in Australia, NOT SINGAPORE, where is the real shipping address. This means my parcel is going to be delivered in the wrong place? I'm looking forward to hearing from you very soon. I'm very worried about my parcel. Thank you...

  I think that it is likely that it has been sent firstly to Australia to sort before it is passed over to Singapore. The majority of overseas parcels is sent out of the UK to other countries closer to delivery address for sorting. You could always try contacting the Royal Mail directly to foind out some more information, they do have a web site.
