How can i get a paper round?

i am 14 years old and im looking for a paper round i have tried all my newsagents and there is non but i have found out that i can ring the news papers up and ask them and they will deliver the papers to me so i can deliver them to houses i live in wigan SO IF ANY ONE AS GOT ANY NUMBERS I COULD RING FOR ONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW

you could draw a circle on a newspaper then cut round it with scissors !
