Do you think that clothing companies should hire people based on looks or experience?
-
i know the question sounds retarted but should companies (I.E. Abercrombie & fitch) hire someone(models or clerks) who protects their image and is good looking rather than someone who has a lot of work experience but is not good looking? it was a debate in class today and i think that they should hire whoever brings in money, i just wanted to hear someone elses opinon. i guess there was some lawsuit that some girl filed because she had like a prostetic arm and A&F wouldnt hire her because of it
