    I've also received an email regarding a job with Disabled Healthcare. I didn't get an address with mine, and I can't find anything on the internet about it. My email said that it came from the domain "site.careerbuilder.com", so I looked on CareerBuilder's website, and under the Fraud link, there is some information about scammers using their domain to hide their true nature. Needless to say, I wouldn't do anything with this email except delete it. I think it is way too good to be true. And your identity is well worth the supposed loss.
