Win the lottery. Unless you are already filthy rich or have a well paid job, you will not be able to buy a property in London. You'll be lucky to get a room in a shared house unless you have alot of money coming in from somewhere.

It is called a mortgage and you won't be able to get one if you are unemployed. Best advice is to rent a cheap room, get any job you can and start saving for a deposit.

I can't see that happening especially in this economic climate. Your best bet would be to try to mortgage share with some other people after you have finished college/uni when you become employed.

I have a full time job and can't even get a mortgage in this economy. Even on the BBC this morning they said it's very difficult for people to get mortgages unless they can put down at least 20%
