What is the best charity shop in london?

Where is the DESIGNER charity shop in London?

  • my mum said theres a designer charity shop in London, whats the name of it? where is it? all the details please!!! :)

  • Answer:

Most of the main charities send the better class of clothing and designer label's to be sold in London because they Know they will get the better price for the items. Sorry the prices will not be that cheap for that very reason. Charities are becoming very very greedy there are very few bargains to be had now in their shops.

A very good place to start is Notting hill. There are about 3 designer second hand shops there (not charity). In terms of good charity shops where you might find a designer piece or two, try the Fulham road, parsons green, the kings road or high street kensington. Bear in mind that charity shops are much more clued up about the value of designer goods then they used to be so don't expect huge bargains will be a given. Your more likely to find, say, an Escada suit which would have cost a fortune new but would best be left in the 80s without some customising!
