Were can i find a college in london that will allow me to work full time and study for a legitimate degree?

Im 28 with an interest in further education but with limited time to use for study as i work shifts and dont always have weekends.Idealy I would like to study business management or hotel operations management, it is very important that the degree I study for be worth the paper that its written on.
