I have Sainsburys interview on Friday for customer assistant could you please tell me e.g (Qus) of DVD test.?

i was jobless one year now I got interview, I don’t know much about DVD test what to write and how to write please help me , many thanks your advice.

I did this (though many years ago) and it was quite simple. I just watched film of a shop and listed on paper all things wrong such as boxes in the way - trip hazards, untidy displays, broken items, things stacked too high, chilled items out not being worked, staff chatting etc etc. Of course it may have changed but when i did it this was just checking that you can show some very basic ideas of what is good and what is not. Then there was an interview too.

Basically they show you a DVD and makeyou find the faults:) Then you write them down and you have to get over a certain amount to pass.. I think it is %10...if you doint get that then you FAIL!
