  No it's not legit, it's a scam to get you to pay for bogus visas and work documentation. Just take a look at the appalling English. That alone tells you that this is not a UK or Irish agency. Unsolicited job offers are always scams. Ask yourself what sort of job you would offer to someone that you have never met? At the very least you would opening yourself to identity fraud by providing the infromation requested by these people. don't let your wishful thinking get in the way of your common sense.
