If you are already living in the UK you need to apply through the Border Agency office in Croydon. If you are not already living in the UK, the ONLY agency you contact is the British embassy or their authorised visa agency listed on their website in YOUR country of legal residence Besides, if you were not flown to the UK for an interview or did not interview IN PERSON with your employer or their licensed recruitment agency in your country, you did not get an offer letter.
