Are there any open casting calls here in UK?

I really want to be an actress, and I've been in school productions like Aladdin (P. Jasmine), Our House Madness (Sarah), Midsummer Night's Dream (Hermia), Peter Pan (Wendy) and High School Musical (Gabriella Montez). But I want to be in the films or TV programme and I had a hard time looking for casting calls here in UK. Is there any websites at all that have casting calls for any upcoming films or TV programmes?? Thank you!

Most actors subscribe to The Stage and Spotlight, but both are a lot of money. But that's where you can find the few auditions that are open castings. However most auditions are not open and you only can find out about them if you have an agent. So ask your drama teacher if they know any agents you might be able to contact, or at least invite to your next school performance

Buy a copy of The Stage magazine. This has all the castings in London and the UK. Great place to start!
