Where are modeling agencies in Philadelphia?

Childrens modeling agencies charging for admin costs or website page set up?

• I did a little research into modeling agency scams and found that modeling agencies were not allowed to charge a registration fee, however my son has been accepted by 2 modeling agencies and both ask for £90 and £120 for the admin and website set up.... is this just another way of grabing money or do model agencys generally ask for a website set up or admin fee? Can anyone who's baby or child is registered with a reputable model agency share their experiences? and can anyone suggest any reputable agencies? Many thanks

  I wouldn't pay money, you should be trying to make money, doesn't make any sense.. You should find an agency that will do it on a contingency basis.
