How do I find cheap hair accesories wholesalers in london E2 area?

Someone help! I cant find any cheap hair accessories wholesalers where I live. Even the market traders sell accessories as little as 25p which is 4 times way more then the wholesalers I have been to. I know the traders buy from wholesalers in uk which they have confirmed to me. Everytime I ask where they get it from, they dont want to disclose this to me. At the moment I am buying products from market stalls which is soo wrong as I have to rely on them cant get the large amount I require. I do not want to buy from online or outside uk. Somewhere in east london or even london would be handy. I am looking for up to 50p on hair accessories. Please help!
