How hard is it for an American to get a nanny job in London?

I am doing a full time internship in London next summer and would like to do a nanny job while I am there. Because of my schedule I can really only work on the weekends but I know some families have a weekend nanny. I have been a nanny here for the past few years so I have lots of experience. I am from the States but have family in London that I could live with. Are there agencies that can set you up with nanny jobs?

What sort of visa will you be on? Normally if you have a visa for your internship, you will not be allowed to take any other sort of work while in the UK so you first have to see what the conditions of your visa are. If you are not allowed to work, then no agency will sign you on
