You can only do a paper round - in the UK you have to be older to work at anything else. You should look at the website for your local council as it will say what is permitted in your area. When you are old enough you can do other things but you must have the agreement in writing of your school and parents to be able to work.

DON'T WORK IF YOU'RE 13! Wait three years AT LEAST!

I think you have a pretty comprehensive list of everything that a 13 year old could do. It will be the same for 14 year olds as you are still classed as being in the group of 'under 16s' at that point. Nothing will really change until you are 16 at which point you will be able to work in supermarkets and shops. And there is nothing wrong with working at 13, I got a paper round at 13 and have worked until I was 18 and went to uni. I know we can't all afford to sit around and have everything paid for by our parents!
