About uk vfs tracking system?

Does anyone know Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, Hurricane Way, Slough, UK phone number?

• I live in Indiana, USA, and I bought a package from the UK about 21 days ago. According to the tracking number the item has arrived, but in reality it has not arrived, I cannot find it! I tried to contact the Royal Mail, but the website only takes me to FAQ and when I call it's all an automated system. I can never get in touch with an operator! I am trying to find another way of contacting them to ask for the customs # to see which carrier delivered the package in the US. I know the package went through the Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre, but I cannot find the phone number. Other contact information on airport customs would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  This is operated and run by The Royal Mail, the Customer helpline:- 0044 8457 740 740 You should begin there. Unfortunately they are just as crap with us in the UK also, but it's worth pre programming the automated choices after the number, as it's still faster than writing. Good Luck. .
